Who we are: Bates Office is one of the UK’s largest B2B service providers, with three national distribution centres, 130 employees and its own fleet of vehicles. Bates Office began trading as a small typewriter shop in the 1930s.

Distribution network: Bates Office has three distribution centres in Rochester, Stoke, and Bridgend with a comprehensive network of vehicles that service 95% of the UK’s population. Deliveries will be made by our in-house team of friendly and experienced drivers.

What we do: We provide a flexible service to all our customers, including free-of-charge desktop and ‘point of need’ deliveries. Through our intelligent back-office system, we offer consolidated and scheduled deliveries to limit our carbon emissions.
